Push It Sweater English
Push It Sweater Knitting Pattern (English)
Push It Sweater is a raglan model in a slip stitch pattern, worked from the top down. The first part of the yoke is worked back and forth with increases on each side of the raglan seams as well as towards the chest, in order to shape the neckline. At the bottom of the neckline new stitches are cast on, and the work is joined and will be worked in the round. After the yoke the work is divided into sleeves and body which are worked individually. The body is worked straight down while the sleeves are being worked with decreases underneath. Sleeves and body are finished with af uni-coloured double layered Stockinette trim. The two layers are worked individually, wrong side against wrong side, and bound off while at the same time working the layers together. The neckband is finished in a uni-coloured double layered ribbing.
Choice of size
The sweater has a positive ease of 10-15 cm. This means you should choose a size measuring 10-15 cm more than your chest circumference. If your chest measures 96 cm, you should choose a size M with a circumference of 110 cm.
