Twist and Shout Sweater Knitting Pattern (English)

Twist and Shout Sweater is a raglan model, knitted top down. The model has a tight fit and is cropped. The sleeves are knit straight down and finished with a closefitting rib. The sweater is knit in one strand of mohair but has a tight structure because of the cable pattern throughout the sweater. The stitches between the cables are purl, which adds a rib effect to the pattern.

 The sweater starts with a rib neckband, folded double and knitted together before the sweater is increased and divided into raglan. The yoke has a cable pattern with increase around the raglan stitches, until the sweater is divided into body and sleeves. These are finished separately. Both body and sleeves are finished with ribbing and Italian bind off.

Choice of size

The sweater has a negative ease of 0-5/10 cm. This means you should choose the size measuring 0-5/10 cm less than your chest circumference. If your chest measures 96 cm, you should choose a size M with a circumference of 96 cm.
