Kokomo Blouse Knitting pattern (English)

Kokomo Blouse is a raglan model in a decorative mesh pattern with a tight fit, a small puff on the shoulder and twisted rib along the edges. The rib at the neck is folded double for a beautiful finish. The sweater is worked top down and has short rows by the neck to make the neckline deeper at the front for a nice fit. Increases are made around three raglan stitches in stockinette across the yoke until the work is divided for body and sleeves. Thus, the measurements of the sweater can easily be adjusted. To create the small puff, a box pleat at the top of each sleeve is made before working the ribbing around the neckline.

The model is meant to be without positive ease as the mesh structure is very elastic, and the blouse is supposed to have a tight fit. This means you should choose the size nearest your chest measurement. If you do not want a tight fit, you can choose a larger size. If you have a bust measuring 96 cm you should choose a size M. All measurements are of work laid flat.
