Alle digitale produkter i denne shop er pdf'er. Dit køb bliver tilgængeligt med det samme efter betalingen er godkendt via betalingssiden. Det kan tage et par minuttet før du modtager din mail med link til download. Der er generelt ikke en grænse for hvor mange gange du kan tilgå linket, så længe din betaling ikke er aflyst eller fjernet.

Tjek først spam eller junk inbox. Hvis du bruger gmail kan du også tjekke Social og Promotions tabs. Ligger de ikke her kan du tilføje  popknitkat@gmail.com til din adressebog eller safe list, hvilket kan hjælpe dig med at lokalisere disse mails i fremtiden.

Digital items in this shop are all pdf. Your purchases are available once your payment is confirmed directly on the purchase site. It may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you by email. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time using the link, provided the transaction hasn't been cancelled or removed.

 

I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding popknitkat@gmail.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

 

 

I’m having trouble downloading my files

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us popknitkat@gmail.com
