The One That I Want Top Knitting Pattern (English)

The One That I Want Top is an off-shoulder top in an exciting material. It is worked in a 1x1 rib from the top down. Cast on with the backwards loop cast-on technique and work the yoke in 1x1 ribbing in the round. To shape the armhole bind off stitches in each side. Then join the body by casting on new stitches at the bottom of the armhole. Continue in 1x1 ribbing until desired length and finish with an i-cord.

Choice of size

The model has a considerable negative ease of 20-25 cm as the ribbing has to unfold and the top has a tight fit. This means you should choose a size measuring 20-25 less than your chest circumference. If your chest measures 96 cm, you should choose a size M with a circumference of 76 cm. The model is short but can easily be elongated, just remember to add to the yarn estimate.
